Before I go any further let me give you a little background. I went to China in August 2013.
Since the beginning of October 2013 I haven’t had a “real” job. Because I had an extended period of time at home I was able to spend a lot of time praying and discovering more about myself.
After my trip to China I couldn’t help but feel like I was in the position to do more to help share about orphan care and help with adoption.
Through my time at home I was able to re-discover that I:
-Love to blog.
-Have an interest in typography and graphic design.
Slowly, I realized that I had the ability to share about orphan care and adoption on my blog. With sewing I was able to realize that down the road I have the ability to sell my creations to help with the funds needed for adoption.
For as long as I can remember I have really enjoyed helping others getting things done, buy helping others get organized. Nerd alert! I love a good calendar. In the spring of 2014 I took a class on how to be a virtual assistant. Basically, a virtual assistant helps bloggers and online creatives get things done by helping them with email, blog maintenance, marketing, and more.
Sorry for all that chatter. Onto the point of the post!
I am excited to introduce you to Kiwi and Hope- The Virtual Assistant. Yes, that’s right I opened my own business. Being a virtual assistant will provide me the opportunity to still be around home, but earn some money. In addition to having the ability to work from home I believe that my work has the ability to open many doors to share about orphan care and adoption.
If you are looking for a virtual assistant please email me at kiwiandhope[at]gmail[.]com so we can chat about how I might be able to help you get things done.
If you are not in need of a virtual assistant, but know of a blogger or an online creative that is in need of a virtual assistant would you do me a favor and pass my name along.
I would appreciate your prayers as Mikey and I start this adventure.
